Depending on your home’s location, our Buyer’s agent will hold open houses
at your property to attract potential buyers.
We will create an information flyer for your property.

Your home will have its own number for our 24 hour information system. This
allows Buyers to receive information on your home day or night!

We may already have a Buyer for Your Home! We have a database of Investors
and Buyers that we are currently working with. We will review this list to
see if your home fits their needs.

We will present your home at our company’s team meeting. One of these agents may already have a
Buyer who will be interested in your home. We are the most productive office in the area!

Once your property is shown we will send a feedback request to the Buyer’s
agent. This feedback will help us determine how potential Buyers feel about
your home. It is also a great way to determine changes that your home may
need to get it sold.
