For the past 3 years Kevin has been selling REO homes and has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the REO listing process.

Brittany is our administrative assistant. She manages all of the day to day tasks at the office which include listing input and maintenance, processing paperwork, accounting tasks, researching properties, and much more! Her daily support allows the team to focus on acquiring listings and selling properties. Her quick turnaround time is a great asset to our clients as well. Born and raised in a very small town in Tennessee, Brittany moved to Boise in October of 2009. For the past ten years she lived in the mountains of North Carolina where she obtained 6 years of experience working in all areas of real estate. Brittany attended East Tennessee State University where she received her Associate’s Degree. She is enjoying all of the activities that Boise has to offer, especially outdoor activities from hiking to mountain biking to cross country skiing.

Stacy Gibbons is our Financial Controller. With over 11 years experience in bookkeeping/accounting (5 years were in real estate), Stacy is a valuable asset to our team. Born and raised in Idaho Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband of 18 years, 3 children, and 2 grandchildren. She also enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling.

Marketing Specialist
Hanna is our Marketing Specialist. As a recent graduate from Boise State University with a degree in Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing, Hanna keeps our company updated on all of the latest marketing strategies. Since joining our team her knowledge has increased our exposure for our listings. Hanna grew up in Twin Falls Idaho and moved to Boise in 2007 to attend college. With her love of camping, horseback riding, and dirt biking Boise is a great fit for her.
